What do you think of when you think of Chicago? Well, the first thought that comes to my mind is the notoriety of gangsters such as Al Capone as portrayed in the movies. Of Course, the Oprah Winfrey Show originates from Chicago. History also tells us thousands of Southern blacks migrated to Chicago leaving behind the lack of civil rights in the deep south.
So you see my knowledge is limited as to possessing first hand information about Chicago. However, thanks to the world of the written word, much information can be obtained about Chicago. The publication that I recommend is "Chicago For Dummies"
